With recent acquisitions adding to our strong foundation Zix now offers a complete suite of email data protection solutions. These include gold standard email encryption, email DLP, advanced threat protection, and archiving. Zix has new leadership, new solutions, new partners and new energy and we’re looking for new people to add to our growth. We’re looking for a high energy, experienced individual to develop and execute a strategy that will build sales pipeline for our solutions. The candidate will manage many of the demand generation activities for enterprise sales organization, including developing campaigns and go-to-market strategy for prospects, planning and managing events, and strategizing and executing on ABM programs. This individual will be responsible for analysing program results, providing recommendations for the future. The candidate must have a proven ability to work co-operatively with sales in both the creation of strategy as well as the execution of campaigns and collateral. What you will be doing: Develop, execute and analyze demand generation campaigns and promotions to deliver sales pipeline and revenue Manages the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels – includes but is not limited to email campaigns, ABM, events and more Has an understanding of our buyer personas and the buyers’ journey and knows how to create targeted content and program for each segment Understands the lead nurturing and scoring strategy and can influence prospects in each stage of the funnel Drive A/B testing and optimization into all aspects of our marketing Provide recommendations for marketing strategy and tactics based on testing and analysis Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget Report on return on investment and key performance metrics Collaborate with the sales function Monitor industry best practices What we are looking for: Extraordinarily awesome attitude Desire to find a better way in everything you do B to B marketing experience is crucial, preferably tech based Bachelors degree: business or marketing-related degree Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies Technical marketing skills Relevant product and industry knowledge with relevant software applications (Marketo preferred, Salesforce.com) Strong work ethic and organizational skills
