Job Description

FoodieForAll targets business customers who work in an office setting, thus you will be selling FoodieForAll to businesses. You will determine target companies and be relentless in their acquisition.;Responsibilities:; Manage full sales cycle, prospect, identify decision maker, pitch and close with business customers;;; Identify and explore new verticals to drive growth;; Generate new business through email, cold calls, and in person visits;; Build long-term relationships with clients;; Work cross-functionally with Operations and Marketing teams;; Be the voice of the customer to all divisions;; Work with the CEO and product team to improve on our service and develop new products or verticals based on customer feedback.;; Help scale processes including lead generation, presentation, negotiation, recruiting, and more;; Manage and track leads in the lead database;;; Help us iterate on and refine our sales strategy and processes;; Recruit great sales talent;; Build our sales training program;; Mentor sales talent and create an exciting, fast paced, learning environment for them;; Create a career track for the sales team;; Help forecast sales revenue;; Report and own key metrics, MRR, ARR, deal size, days to closeRequirements; Experience in selling products to businesses;; Data driven mindset to dictate user acquisition strategies in businesses;; Amazing networker with local connections to companies;; A closer with business acumen;; Highly results driven; you like setting goals and doing whatever it takes to meet them;;; Excellent written and oral communication skills;; Extremely organized;; Excellent time management skills;; Ability to work independently;; Willingness and desire to learn;;; Passionate about start-ups;;; Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment;; Passion for good food;; At least 7 years of B2B sales experience;; At least 2 years experience managing a B2B sales team;; Startup experience a plus;; Bachelor;s degree
