Experience Managers locate individuals and organizations who are communicators and influencers in their individual networks and who will share Host Committee;s events and experiences.Key Responsibility Areas:; Identify qualified clients and partners through cold calling, networking, and face-to-face appointments;; Contact existing qualified leads as well as generating new leads;; Manage existing accounts;; Develop and maintain good-working relationships with both internal and external clients;; Identify business opportunities by establishing professional and personal networks, proactively soliciting and following-up on any sales leads and representing Host Committee at assigned functions;; Build strong relationships with hosts through proactive communication, including event invitations, phone calls, emails, and other communication initiatives;; Ensure customer data and profiles are completely detailed for defined accounts in CRM system;; Work closely with Business Development, Production, Account Managers, and Sales on assigned tasksQualifications;; 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in Sports ; Entertainment;; A degree in business, communications, marketing, sports management or related field from a reputable institution;; Preferably possesses a database of qualified group prospects;; Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner;; High comfort level making cold calls, emails, and other outreach;; EXCELLENT time management and organizational skills;; Excellent written communication skills;; Demonstrated ability to work independently and to self-motivate;; Flexible and creative problem solving skills;; Knowledge and passion for sales;; Enthusiastic and outgoing personality;; Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as required
