Expectations;Work with users to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues as well as collect feedback that will help improve Base;Lead implementations and integrations of Base into environments of new customers;Facilitate feedback to the product teams;Responsibility for second-level support to customers with complex requirements;Support sales with discovery meetings and integration requirements;Train and support new sales representatives;Future - recruit new CRM implementers to the teamRequirements;3+ years of cloud CRM implementation;Deep understanding of technology and software integration;Coding and API development experience - advantage;Strong written and verbal communication skills;Ability to present in front of an audience and lead customer demos;Strong organization skills, process-oriented, drive to constantly improve quality, self-motivated;Experience in cloud CRM systems;Experience in process documentation, training and change management;Tell really funny jokes - plus
