As a Sales Support Professional, you will be responsible for: Reviewing, revising and booking system and accessory orders in SAP in a timely and technically correct manner, Working closely with the Regional Country to manage the orders within your assigned geographic territory, Interfacing with Production Planning to ensure timely and accurate release of orders to production for complete and on-time shipment, Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of all shipped order activity, Providing reporting of order activity to support the department’s management reporting and monitor order backlog, and Working with other department members to ensure a high level of teamwork and efficiency are maintained throughout the group. You have experience with SAP Sales and Distribution module, Excel and Adobe Acrobat. You are detail-oriented, analytical, customer oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external colleagues. You are pro-active, problem-solver and team player who takes initiative and yet is willing to ask for guidance as needed.
