Business Analyst Manager Description: The Business Analyst Manager is responsible for overseeing a growing team of Business Analysts and their respective software applications that Shift Digital develops in-house. As a Business Analyst Manager, you will work very close with the management and leadership of our Delivery organization. This includes working with Software Development Managers, Technical Project Managers, and the IT Director to ensure that the appropriate resources are available to meet project deadlines and that the agreed upon processes are being followed. To succeed within this organization, this person must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and enjoy managing multiple projects at once. The Manager will also maintain some of the responsibilities of a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst Manager will be part of our Delivery team and will report directly to the Executive Sponsor of Shift Digital’s Delivery organization. Highlights: Manage Business Analyst resources responsible for delivering the technical requirements for Shift Digital developed software applications Work with management of the Delivery organization to identify client needs that can be solved via technical solutions Implement and enforce ALM best practices within the Delivery organization Lead requirement gathering, functional meetings, and kick-off meetings of new features or functions Risk identification and mitigation Forecast, plan and deliver on budget and execution Manage expectations, set realistic goals, and achieve them KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Understanding of the technical solutions developed by Shift Digital Strong understanding of how to use technology to meet business needs Solid project management skills Desire to own success of projects Entrepreneurial spirit Communication and interpersonal skills necessary to actively promote a cooperative team environment Strong leadership skills MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 5-7 years of experience in leading technical projects 2-3 years of experience in working with customer engagement centers 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing
