Shentel is the largest Sprint PCS affiliate in the United States and currently provides wireless service to approximately 1,200,000 customers. As an affiliate company, Shentel has exclusive rights to provide Sprint wireless service to certain markets. Shentel currently serves a four-state area - including markets within Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Shentel builds and owns the network and owns and operates the Sprint retail stores. Shentel is also responsible for local customer service and directs local advertising and promotions.

The Indirect Account Executive role offered by Shentel gives you the opportunity to lead multiple Sprint wireless retail locations in the assigned market by providing them with the coaching, skills, and tools they need to deliver goal-smashing performance and outstanding customer service. You will lead locations in Lancaster, PA and the surrounding areas. Your ultimate objective is to create high-performing sales teams that consistently exceed goals while maintaining operational excellence.

You Worked Hard for:
A high school diploma
Two or more years of successful retail experience
Experience leading people and managing results, ideally including experience with multi-unit retail management.
Your track record of goal attainment, employee development, and operational excellence.
Your reputation as an inspiring and engaging leader focused on the success of your team!
