The Digital Manager, Web & Social will play a key role in executing the social, digital, and communication strategy for Farmer Focus – SVO’s mission-based and values-driven,organic meat brand.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this position will support company growth, new customer acquisition, and brand expansion. The Digital Manager will work closely with the existing Marketing and Sales teams to provide tools for success.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
Digital Brand Asset Management
Create, organize, and manage the digital brand assets library – photos, images, logos, etc.
Ensure that all digital assets adhere to the Farmer Focus brand standards.
Social Media Management
Manage all company social media pages: create all organic posts and content, monitor all audience interaction with the pages, determine need for paid social media posts.
Ensure that all social media adheres to the Farmer Focus brand standards.
Digital Ad Management
Working with our agency, determine plans for all paid digital advertising.
Working with the sales team, onboard customers for social & digital ad plans.
Collaborate with customers’ digital marketing team members for co-marketing campaigns.
Ensure that all digital ads adhere to the Farmer Focus brand standards.
Manage all content on the company’s website.
Ensure that all website content adheres to the Farmer Focus brand standards.
Manage Social Media Influencers: ensure all projects are completed seamlessly, on time, on budget and on brand.
Evaluate the performance of Influencers (ROI) and benchmark against established success factors.
Evaluate Influencer prospects and seek out new influencers when/if there’s a need.
Budget & Cost Management
Be mindful of the brand’s Marketing budget. Compare quotes from various vendors/partners.
May require travel to company events and trade shows.
Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field.
At least 3-4 years of Digital Marketing experience, preferably in the food industry or with a values-driven brand.
Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills. Must be able to convey information in a Clear, Concise and Consistent manner.
Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to set priorities in order to complete assignments in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
Problem solving skills: ability to identify potential problems and proactively generate ideas for acceptable solutions.

Other Physical Requirements
Vision (Near, Color, Depth Perception) Must be able to pass color vision test.
Ability to 1 – 2 flights of stairs 2 – 6 times daily.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Multiple and varying work environments will be encountered and be required to work in, e.g., Small/Large offices, and production environments. Must be able to tolerate the varying heat and chill of the plant that accompanies each season, hearing and eye protective equipment required. Required to wear hair net, beard net if applicable.
