Requisition ID 2019-7658 Location : Address 3900 East Camelback Rd Category Accounting/Finance Location : City Phoenix Location : State/Province AZ Location : Postal Code 85018 Summary and Essential Duties The Contract Administration Manager is responsible to ensure all customer contracts are accurately reflected in our computer systems and are in compliance with department policies and procedures. (S)he is responsible for timely and accurate processing of all contracts, managing pricing deviation requests, and preparing and analyzing all business reports related to sales of product, produce and specialty items. (S)he is also responsible for training and supervision of a team of Contract Administration Supervisors and Financial Analysts. Essential Duties: Develop and execute processes that ensure pricing accuracy for contract business, that also meets expected deadlines Train and develop team to execute company processes and policies related to customer contract pricing Monitor team and individual performance to Key Performance Indicators Develop and execute audit processes to confirm contract pricing accuracy Manage departmental projects for process improvement Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure service level requirements are being achieved Facilitate Customer Audits that confirm our pricing accuracy to the requirements of our Customer Agreements Develop and adhere to departmental expense budget Complete other duties as assigned Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field. 5 years of experience in finance or a contract management role 3+ Years of leadership experience Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiarity utilizing various computer platforms/software applications Strong attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent research and reconciliation skills Strong people skills, including the ability to motivate a team Strong verbal/written communication and group presentation skills Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays.
