We don’t build huge playbooks or create feature comparison docs that no one reads or understands. We create usable and prescriptive competitive content. We want a passionate senior competitive intelligence marketer that can take our strategies, plays, proof points and differentiation against competitors, and turn it into compelling and interesting enablement and content for the field. This marketer innovates new and different ways to get our competitive messaging to sales, marketing, product and executive teams. The ideal candidate will be able to be expert dissecting everything about the competition to put a better, differentiated message into the hands of our sales team. This is an amazing opportunity to be the first dedicated competitive intelligence marketing manager for ServiceNow Customer Service Management. What you get to do in this role: Conduct primary and secondary competitive research and maintain a current view of the competitive landscape Process and analyze your research into meaningful content with actionable insights Build compelling competitive content for our Sales, Marketing, Product and Executive Teams. Seek out new ways to deliver impactful competitive content to our field team when then need it, likely before they even realize they need it. Craft responses to key market events, such as competitive announcements and product launches. Innovative methods to create and deliver competitive content and strategies In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has: Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred 7+ years of experience in cloud/SaaS competitive intelligence, sales engineering, product management, or technical marketing. product marketing or product management Entrepreneurial spirit and high energy Uncompromising in regard to business ethics and experienced in handling sensitive information Very strong written and oral communication skills who thrives in a collaborative, matrix organization Ability to structure and present qualitative data in a compelling and convincing fashion Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, partners, and customers Demonstrated ability to deal with a fast-paced environment, managing multiple demands, and prioritizing to deliver work on time Travel: Up to 15% annually We provide competitive compensation, generous benefits and a professional atmosphere.
