Position Summary: Archibus-Serraview is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Director to join our global Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in crafting and executing successful B2B demand generation programs for the mid-market and enterprise segment, while collaborating closely with product marketing, sales, SDRs, and external agencies and vendors. We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of integrated campaigns, uncover new opportunities, move quickly, and has a strong appetite and focus on revenue growth. Essential Functions/Primary Duties: Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs, which include, but are not limited to webinars, emails, nurtures, paid media/search, content syndication, events Own campaign strategy and implementation plans with execution support from web, design, and field marketing teams. Leverage data and insights to identify and target specific high propensity segments. Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive enterprise MQLs and sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage. Collaborate with Sales to identify and target key Strategic Named Accounts and broader named accounts reaching key personas within the buying group of targets matching our ideal customer profile. Partner with SDR team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established SLAs. Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes in conjunction with the Marketing Operations team. Manage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgets Lead, coach and deepen global talent as we build out a world class marketing team Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field Minimum of 7 years of full-time marketing experience 5+ years of demand generation/campaigns experience Experience implementing enterprise-level demand generation programs Proven success in budgeting, selecting, planning for, attending and driving results through conferences and local events Experience working in tandem with sales teams and assisting with pitches, email cadence, content creation and processes Experience designing and implementing ABM strategies and tactics. Experience partnering with SDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer's journey Experience creating and presenting KPI's and resulting business wins and challenges, for cross-functional and executive teams Experience developing compelling messaging and voice across all digital channels Experience managing third party vendors including agencies and contractors Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of: Excellent oral/written communication skills. Organization and time management skills. Business software applications, word processing and electronic spreadsheets/graphs.
