The Supply Chain Manager Point-of-Sale (POS) oversees the execution of local & global purchasing, demand & supply planning, logistics and transportation, for a smooth execution of the POS distribution within Red Bull North America. They have overall responsibility for the planning, ordering and distribution of POS, Cold Equipment, and Event Infrastructure inventory to support sales and marketing efforts. They manage planning and ordering cycles and develop any processes and measurements necessary to support Red Bull initiatives and ongoing programs. They centralize, support and enhance the supply chain of POS materials for the US market, ensuring goods availability at each warehouse. POS MANAGEMENT

Lead the S&OP process to align POS forecast with business stakeholders, discuss specific action on inventory issues and eliminate non-moving inventory Oversee and own the POS forecasting, planning and ordering process for product supply to our warehouses and direct shipments from international and local vendors to our Distributor Partners and field teams Business owner of the POS Planning and Ordering platform Oversee and lead the monthly order cycles in collaboration with the relevant colleagues to deliver the right products to support Red Bull initiatives and sales/marketing efforts Support and provide guidance to business partners in the yearly business planning process for POS, Cold Equipment, and Event Infrastructure Facilitate the annual forecasting process by providing timelines and coordinating relevant project teams POS KPI reporting such as forecast accuracy, order fulfillment, etc.

POS PROCESS

Overall responsibility for POS end-to-end process Coordinate cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration, and ensuring timely and effective solutions for any operational issues that may arise Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues, drive corrective actions and issue resolution Analyze & suggest opportunities to continuously improve processes and practices that serve business objectives and field needs Operations lead for implementation and future enhancements of new POS Order and Planning tool and development of future system solutions

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members and managing performance Foster collaborative and engaged relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Continuous improvement of the POS Planning and Ordering tool including processes and ways of working Implement supply chain practices that reduce supply chain costs, optimize inventory, reduce lead times and maximize customer service levels Timely and quality execution of business & project deliverables Your experience includes: (proven performance in) 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related roles with national responsibilities. Experienced in supply planning, demand planning, forecasting processes and methodologies. Extensive knowledge and experience using robust planning and forecasting software tools. Strong system acumen (SAP (ERP, APO), Business Intelligence, MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), etc.). Proven experience in problem solving using data & analytics skills. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Multi-task effectively and get things done across a broad range of activities. Strong customer service mindset and demonstrated ability to collaborate with business partners to create and deliver effective solutions to their problems. Team management experience with an emphasis on developing a team to achieve their full potential in a healthy and collaborative way. Curious, proactive, and efficient: experience in identifying process and system improvements. Bachelor’s Degree in a Supply Chain related field preferred Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
