Find out why Ceridian is such a great place to work. About the position: We’re looking for an experienced Principal to join our Value Advisory team at Ceridian. As an Value Advisory Principal, you will execute engagements with our largest, important customers that focus on quantifiable benefits, value-focused messaging and transformational roadmaps. You will leverage both internally generated, and externally referenceable tools to validate your proposals, and align with customer demonstrations from our PreSales teams. You will lead Executive-level presentations that detail a comprehensive value narrative (e.g. Strategic Enablement, ROI, TCO…). Responsibilities: Engage Senior Leaders at prospective customers to convey the case for change Lead value-based engagements with prospective (and current) customers Run business process and strategic discovery in support of engagements Build strategic roadmaps with customers putting their business needs and challenges first Develop relevant content, construct financial models and build business cases Leverage third-party, and proprietary benchmarks and tools to ensure a defensible narrative Support the Ceridian vision for industry challenges, trends, and insights for select key industries Facilitate account planning sessions with Sales, PreSales and other internal resources to help execute prioritized sales plays Forge internal partnerships with other teams to ensure customer centricity Develop, refine and adopt standardized selling methods to empower sales staff Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in Enterprise-level Sales / Consulting / Industry Solutions 3+ years of VE experience preferred Strong level of personal organization with excellent oral/written communication skills Excellent communication and PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required; MBA preferred Knowledge of value selling processes and methodology; experience preferred Experience working in cross-functional teams Experience with IT / business alignment issues Attention to detail in content creation and proven ability to conduct industry research Must have a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally Ceridian combines the excitement of a startup environment, with the growth opportunities of a large organization.
