Find out why Ceridian is such a great place to work. About the position: We are looking for a marketing leader with expert knowledge of B2B marketing to lead our efforts in new geographical markets. As the Director of International Marketing, you will have accountability for leading strategic marketing and business development activities that support our growth outside of North America. As a key leader at Ceridian, your work will align with the strategic growth initiatives of the business and support entry and expansion in target regions. You will be the internal and external evangelist for our brand and build the strategy and plan to drive awareness and acquire customers in international markets where we operate. A successful candidate will be someone who is a creative strategist, collaborates well with sales teams and other business leaders, and has a strong executive presence. Responsibilities: Leading our go-to-market strategy and execution outside of North America while also playing a vital role in global marketing strategy and planning for the business. Build the strategy for customer and prospect marketing programs, account-based marketing (ABM), live events and sales plays. Build an integrated communications plan that aligns with the core needs of the target market and key buyer personas within it. Lead business development efforts to build pipeline in new markets. Create and test positioning and messaging for new markets and publish relevant content, sales assets and market narratives that help us win. Build and develop customer advocates to act as early references that create sales momentum and growth in new markets. Work closely with key marketing, product, content, and partner teams to champion the Ceridian brand. Select, onboard and manage third party PR, creative, social, media agencies in target markets. Develop and deliver marketing performance reports and scorecards to provide visibility of performance to executive leadership. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS companies 5+ years of people management experience Expert level experience with content & digital marketing, events, account-based marketing and customer lifecycle engagement programs. Experience working in HCM, ERP, WFM or related industries is a bonus. Expert level experience with Marketing Automation and CRM systems.
