Job Description The VP of Strategic Accounts - Customer Partnerships reporting to Sr. Vice President Strategic Partnerships, Business Development will build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in our strategic segment and have responsibility of ensuring satisfaction with the Accolade relationship and the ongoing development of that relationship. This role will oversee and lead our customer partnership teams managing our strategic accounts, focusing in on the development, management, and execution of business plans that ensure customer success and growth. A day in the life… Work closely with the SVP – Customer Partnerships to oversee Accolade’s Strategic Account customer partnership teams and the ongoing management and development of that team which will ensure satisfaction with the Accolade service. Build effective business plans in concert with each of the strategic account teams to deliver on the existing contractual parameters currently in place. Continually look for opportunities to strengthen our relationships with our customers by presenting solutions that would present ecosystem, marketing, and digital tools that would complement the program to build on stronger engagement, satisfaction, and savings. Effectively engage with internal partners, including customer sales team, operations, business intelligence, actuarial, legal, marketing, business development, ecosystem and sales enablement teams to facilitate the delivery of effective materials, opportunities for growth, data sets that drive compelling areas of opportunity for customer satisfaction, and to ensure appropriate relationships are fostered for risk mitigation and timely resolution Work closely with Accolade’s Customer Sales and Business Development teams to develop business growth plans with our existing strategic accounts. Oversee executive sponsorship, scorecards, roles and responsibilities, with our operational team that will highlight the health of our operational delivery or risks that need executive oversight and resolution. Help to facilitate the effective handoff of sales to implementation to ongoing customer management for our strategic segment; partner and build the appropriate infrastructure to ensure customer success Lead efforts with the customer partnership teams that showcases the health of the relationship across many fronts including: Scorecard development and oversight Relationship ties, including at the executive levels Business growth opportunities Performance guarantee attainment Operational delivery Actuarial/savings achievement Event planning Define what is needed across existing Accolade teams to support this strategy, including in sales, marketing, IT, and operations. Assess their readiness to support enterprise-level requirements and work with their leaders to enhance this. Communicate professionally and at multiple levels within the client’s organization; anticipate customer needs and correspond proactively Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field (Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Management) OR in lieu of completed degree, must have at least 10 years’ relevant work experience Minimum 8 years of experience preferably working with healthcare companies, preferably in the Proven success in business-to-business sales experience at C-level Excellent financial/analytical skills with strong business acumen Travel required, up to 50% Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
