Job Description

BetterCloud is looking for a Customer Advocate to build relationships with potential and existing customers of its new management and security product, BetterCloud for Office 365 (currently in beta).In this role, you will prospect new beta users, help onboard them onto the product, and work closely with them to get feedback and field feature requests to help shape overall product development. Your ultimate goal is to engage with users and serve as their internal advocate at BetterCloud, providing customers great service and valuable insights internally as we go to market.This role will be part of our Customer Success Team and will work closely with BetterCloud;s GM for Office 365.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage potential and existing customers to onboard them onto our products.;Building deep, lasting relationships with our customers and serve as their advocate internally.;Serve as the liaison between beta users and the BetterCloud team.;Work closely with our product team to define our development roadmap.;Get creative to engage, educate and empower customers using the BetterCloud product suite (and turn them into external advocates for BetterCloud in the Office 365 ecosystem).;Preferred Background2+years of experience in sales, account management, customer success or support (i.e., a customer facing role);Deeply committed to customer delight - satisfaction isn't good enough - and detail oriented.;Comfortable interacting with customers (in person, via the phone, etc) for a significant portion of your time.;Team-oriented but eager to act aggressively to get things done for customers;Passionate about building a great company and a great product;Experience in SaaS and/or in Office 365 IT Management a major plus
