With the recent launch of the Pave loan, our technology enables us to give young people the opportunity to get ahead financially and professionally by providing the most affordable rate, and a high-touch experience from a team passionate about enabling their success.Currently headquartered in NYC – we're growing quickly, expanding our reach, and poised to shape the next generation of finance.About the role:- You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of our partner borrower relationships.Responsibilities:- Establish and execute our partnership strategy with educational and community partners;- Apply a fresh lens to our partner strategy by bringing strategic and innovative approaches to how Pave can leverage partnerships to accelerate growth.;- Manage all partner relationships, ensuring they have a fantastic experience with Pave.Qualifications:- 4-8 years of experience.- Experience working at an ambitious startup with an accomplished and talented team.- An excellent track record of building and executing partner strategies that drive revenue.- Exceptional communication skills, who is nimble and able to fluidly adopt the tone and philosophy of Pave;s brand.- Ability to develop and implement tactical plans that build and nurture online communities.
