We sell data to many different verticals, and want someone who can speak intelligently to a diverse range of potential customers, switching hats quickly. Some of our valued customers include Dylan;s Candy Bar, Nars Cosmetics, the 9/11 Memorial Park, and the City of Boston.Are you a deal closer? Do you thrive in a competitive environment? Our Sales Representatives have the primary responsibility of generating new business and managing Sales Development Representatives.This is what the job will look like and what we expect from an ideal candidate:ResponsibilitiesSell Placemeter products and offerings across different verticals using leads generated by your corresponding Market Development Representative and outbounds you generated;;Identify and document prospect's needs, expectations and priorities;;Keep track of all interactions with your prospects list in RelateIQ, our sales CRM;;Develop a thorough grasp of Placemeter;s technology and maintain an understanding of our marketplace including competitors;;Continuously improve your closing techniques, objection handling methods, and prospecting strategies;Required skills:3+ years of inside sales experience (business to business or SaaS sales required);Proven success in lead generation and lead qualification;Demonstrated ability to exceed sales goals;Proven track record of successful telephone and in-person sales;;Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and organizational skills;Strong written and verbal communication skills;Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing business environment;Ability to work independently and be self-motivated;Bachelor;s Degree or equivalent work experience
