As the VP of Sales, you will spearhead the growth and expansion of our customer base. You will oversee and direct the selling of Harri's products/services and have responsibility for the entire inside sales function across all geographies. This role involves scaling sales over multiple geographies, product lines and verticals.You will primarily be responsible for building up a superstar sales team and for providing coaching, leadership and development to the Harri Sales Team. The VP of Sales, will create the sales process and ensure the team achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
