As the VP of Sales, you will spearhead the growth and expansion of our customer base. You will oversee and direct the selling of Harri's products/services and have responsibility for the entire inside sales function across all geographies. This role involves scaling sales over multiple geographies, product lines and verticals.You will primarily be responsible for building up a superstar sales team and for providing coaching, leadership and development to the Harri Sales Team. The VP of Sales, will create the sales process and ensure the team achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. You will provide guidance and counsel throughout the sales process to drive the sales cycle to closure.At Harri, your sales efforts will be well supported by a cutting edge, custom built sales platform that ties into ‘best-in-breed; lead and CRM systems.Who you are…;; 5+ years of high performance volume SaaS business (inside and outside sales), ideally targeting mid-market and large Enterprise accounts.;; 3+ years; experience with hands-on managing teams.;; Highly entrepreneurial, dynamic sales executive with versatility in both start-up and enterprise spaces.;; Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.;; Love of food is a plus as Team Harri constantly talks about where they're eating!Please apply if you have a track record of success in a similar SaaS role, and are excited to bring that experience to Harri.
