Job Description: The Service/Sales Client Care Center Coordinator is a specialized, highly trained & skilled member of the Client Care Center. The Coordinator handles the following: Inbound service reservations Confirm service reservations Outbound campaigns as needed The Coordinator must possess outstanding communication skills, be cheerful and enthusiastic, and possess the ability to speak articulately. Must have high empathy level, a great sense of humor and flexible schedule. Must show up to work every scheduled day ready to work. Hustlers/hard workers will be given first consideration. A Client Care Coordinator must have a great work ethic and strive to improve and contribute positively to the Customer Care Center. We operate a No Drama - No Negativity room! We like to laugh while accomplishing our goals and having fun competitions so it's important to have a sense of humor and not be thin skinned. Requirements: Basic ability to operate software. Have the aptitude & desire to develop a solid understanding of product information related to all vehicles and all maintenance & repair services provided by the service department. The ability to meet or exceed all Key Performance Indicators that measure your performance. Responsibilities: Promptly and professionally answer multiple inbound calls with the number one goal being to provide an exceptional client experience, and to schedule a solid and specific service or sales reservation with the appropriate team. Master and follow all training materials including inbound scripts, word tracks, and call guides. Provide clients with current information pertaining to current service/sales offerings. Proactively contact clients to remind them of scheduled reservations, missed reservations, and politely remind clients of due & overdue services. Keep current with specials, all direct mail pieces, and recall notices from the manufacture. Client Care Center Service Hours: 6:45a - 6:45p M-F, 6:45a - 4:00p on Saturday, Closed Sunday. Client Care Center Sales Hours: 8:45a - 7:00p M-F, 8:45a - 6P on Saturday, Closed Sunday You must be available/flexible to work any combination of days/hours for a total of 40 hour work week/8 hours day. Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available
