As a Trade Show Solutions Representative, you will be responsible for successfully identifying prospects and selling our value proposition and solution to small and mid- sized organizations globally. Our market will largely consist of – but will not be limited to – member-centric organizations, including education associations, non-profits, schools, universities, trade shows, conferences and chambers. Additionally:- Become an expert and deeply understand the tasks, goals, and objectives of member-centric organizations and their administrators, members, directors, and Boards.;- Crush sales targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis by owning the sales cycle – conducting needs assessment, delivering online demos tailored to your prospect, and closing.;- Attend associations, events and conferences and form relationships with members ultimately drive business and closing.;- Craft creative business relationships between Crescerance and associations to provide deep access to member base.;- Present and provide individual client consultations in context with overall intervention strategy as needed.“Our Ideal Candidate”;- Minimum 10 years of experience successfully selling IT/SaaS. Selling into the education vertical, especially K-12, a must.;- Past experiences selling to trade shows, conferences, events, non-profit organizations, associations, not a requirement but highly desired.;- Evidence that you are a top producer (as defined by production results that puts you at the top 10% of your peers) or an over quota/President;s Club type.;- Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential; must be able to create and deliver compelling, polished sales presentations to target companies.;- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM and be able to quickly adapt to new technology.;- Bachelor;s Degree from an accredited institution a must.;- Opportunity exists for upward mobility for the right candidate.;- Competitive salary + on target earnings.
