As a Junior Sales Representative, we expect you to primarily accelerate our sales growth and follow/contribute to our sales processes. Additionally:- Quote, negotiate and close sales.;- Manage sales activities to exceed assigned revenue objectives.;- Ability to provide plan for specific territory and forecast sales.;- Conduct dynamic and well-informed on-line sales presentations for district and school level administrators, when needed.;- Be well-informed about current industry trends and have an ability to talk intelligently;about the education industry.;- Work with our existing sales team, marketing and inside sales to source qualified;opportunities, create a value driven sales process and drive to close.;- Leverage consultative selling skills to initiate and maintain long-lasting relationships with prospective customers and existing sponsors.;- Employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Crescerance as a major;player in the educational technology industry.;- Be a phenomenal team player by being positive, motivated and flexible!“Our Ideal Candidate”;- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience successfully selling SaaS. Selling into the education vertical, especially K-12, a huge plus.;- Possess Sales "DNA". Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful execution.;- Experience in Account Management, Target Account Selling, Solution Selling, Strategic Selling, etc.;- Ability to write well and build strong bonds/relationships over phone and email.;- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively, collaborate internally to get things done and be accountable for your decisions.;- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM and be able to quickly adapt to new technology.;- Ability to successfully execute sales presentations and ability to demo platforms with a team.;- Bachelor;s Degree from an accredited institution a must.;- Competitive salary + on target earnings.
