As a District Sales Representative,we expect you to present Crescerance to key decision makers within education accounts (K-12, colleges and universities) and build mutually beneficial business relationships, present compelling presentations and close business deals continuously. The District Sales Representative should come with a vast rolodex of North American key decision makers within schools and school districts. Additionally:- Be a key initiator of new business developments targeting nationwide school districts for strategic penetration.;- Develop market areas (Both Geographic and Vertical Approaches) and forecast sales.;- Independently call on senior-level executives and other representatives to generate product, program, and consulting sales.;- Possess an exceptional ability to learn/understand a technical product line, present with an overall business development/consulting sales process.;- Conduct dynamic and well-informed on-line sales presentations for district and school level administrators, when needed.“Our Ideal Candidate”- Minimum 10 years of experience sucessfully selling IT/SaaS. Selling into the education vertical, especially K-12, a must.;- Required to have a consultative sales background with demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, forecasting, prospecting, problem-solving, and driving opportunities to closure.;- A well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity is critical to success in this role.;- Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential; must be able to create and deliver compelling, polished sales presentations to both line leadership and senior corporate executives within target companies.;- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM and be able to quickly adapt to new technology.;- Bachelor;s Degree from an accredited institution a must.;- Opportunity exists for upper mobility for the right candidate.;- Competitive salary + on target earnings.
