Family Express is seeking a candidate to provide tier 1 support for our the company’s Information Technology and Facilities assets. Specific duties include answering phone calls, providing tier 1 support and dispatching vendors. Experience in computers, device peripherals, networks, point of sale devices, telecommunications, refrigeration and fuel dispenser’s is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, best practices, strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure, perform and maintain composure are essential elements for success.
