An instructor in Knowledge Services serves a special role in our organization, representing the company, its products, people and values to new hires, existing associates, and especially to our clients and partners. Instructors play a crucial part in the success of and contribute to the company’s success by providing well-trained clients and partners. You will not only facilitate classroom training, but also design and develop intuitive and creative learning using classroom, virtual classroom, eLearning, or other modalities. For this position, we are specifically looking for someone who has extensive knowledge of the features and functions of our Fusion Loan IQ product.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create Training Products/Courses/e-learning that is aligned to demand from internal and external customers as well as partners.
Deliver best in class training for customers and partners as well as internal enablement.
Work with Instructional Designer in Learning & Development to create eLearning courses for Fusion Loan IQ.
Manage all training and product collateral for Fusion Loan IQ.
Ensure that all product descriptions and public schedule training dates are accurate.
Creating training plans for the delivery of standard training courses and curriculae, that align training needs with business goals for their region. Training plans are for specific time periods – monthly, quarterly or annually.
Understanding and adjusting training materials for relevance to the audience knowledge levels and learning styles.
Work closely with the Product Development team and the designated Knowledge Services Operations and Delivery Manager to understand the forthcoming changes with the product, enabling you to stay ahead of the curve.
Working closely with individuals to evaluate how well employees, clients and partners have learned. Instructors are responsible for frequently checking student comprehension and understanding throughout the training period. After training, they must follow-up using observations and interviews to verify that learning objectives were met. Evaluations determine training effectiveness. Instructors are also tasked with reviewing and adjusting training programs to make sure that relevant, accurate and up-to-date information is always presented.
Provide feedback, for improvement, on defined training interventions and identify failing training products and produce a plan to rectify where required.
Support the Partner Certification programme.
The Knowledge Services Instructor must be a subject matter expert in their respective product discipline and have a minimum of 5 years experience working with the product in a non-training role. The Knowledge Services Instructor must also be able to work with written materials and use training systems and learning management systems software as part of the training process and must be able to develop and maintain a budget for their work.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS
