Q4Launch is an inbound marketing company that helps businesses and organizations get found online. We convert online traffic into leads and sales. Q4Launch specializes in Internet marketing, blogging, social media marketing, hospitality marketing, e-commerce and web design.
Position Title: Content Creator
The Content Creator is responsible for creating and managing content for all assigned clients. This involves researching, writing and posting high-quality blogs on deadline, creating and posting engaging content on social media, producing content for targeted email marketing campaigns, and implementing other marketing strategies that drive results for clients and our company. This person serves as “the voice” for each client and is responsible for executing key elements of each customer’s integrated marketing strategy.
This person should be customer-focused, results-focused and have exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Applicants should be highly adaptable to a constantly changing marketing world and be looking for opportunities to change, evolve and drive results.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creating and managing engaging content that drives traffic to our clients’ websites.
Creating and posting engaging, relevant and accurate blogs for multiple clients.
Managing social media platforms for multiple clients.
Managing website content. This includes managing and performing website revisions in WordPress.
Creating email marketing campaigns.
Managing workload to accomplish tasks on time.
Collaborating with team members.
Skills and Abilities
The ideal candidate must be a savvy and passionate communicator with experience in effectively and efficiently juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This person should be a natural story teller, have the ability to research and grasp a range of topics to produce compelling, accurate content that embodies a customer’s brand voice.
This position requires self-direction, time management, excellent creative capabilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, and an eye for detail. Applicants must have the ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with staff. Candidates must also have a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
Applicants must be able to type and use word processing software. A knowledge of online marketing services, social media, and the Internet is required. English fluency is essential.
Four-year college degree (Journalism, English and Marketing degrees preferred).
At least two years of writing experience.
Experience with WordPress.
Experience with various social media platforms including Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
