Client Relationship Project Manager eCLERX - FINANCIAL MARKETS LOCATION: Raleigh, NC TYPE: Full-time EXPERIENCE: 7+ years of BA/PM experience EDUCATION: Bachelors or equivalent DEPARTMENT: Financial Markets - Description: eClerx is hiring a Project Manager to oversee global shared business service projects within our client's portfolio. You will work with eClerx to oversee specific projects within the project portfolio and ensure organization and company objectives will be met through delivery. You will be responsible for facilitating the data gathering and organization of these projects. You will serve as the project manager for large, cross-function projects that provide exposure to all the functions within departments such as Finance, IT, Operations and other departments as used by a multinational company. This role will be working within the eClerx Markets vertical. Responsibilities: Organize, prioritize, and maintain your assigned projects from creation to delivery Simultaneously manage multiple business project from inception to delivery, across geographic locations with coordination of resources and tasks Liaise with other project managers and senior leaders to coordinate resources and impacts to cross-functional stakeholders Engage appropriate finance, IT, or other business teams to work and coordinate business change management for project initiation and delivery Work closely with outsourced real estate vendor to drive forward joint initiatives, reporting both to senior leadership within the vendor and financial firm Think through new problems, and proactively develop plans for issues not addressed by established procedure Responsible for meeting agendas, notes, and driving forward action items from project meetings Qualifications: 7+ years of project management experience, ideally within shared business initiatives and corporate real estate functions Experience working in Financial Services Excellent relationship-building skills with vendors and stakeholders Proven ability to deliver medium to large-sized projects successfully within set parameters Ability to organize and conduct medium to large-sized meetings, and manage assigned responsibilities with limited supervision.
