This individual is an entry-level support associate responsible for assisting the field in day to day branch activity. Additionally, this individual is responsible for assisting the Sales Management Team with day to day operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a first level contact for Branch Managers and field personnel.
Support with the onboarding of new branches.
Assist with the coordination of lease agreements and MSA’s for branches sites.
Support the maintenance of branch internet and intranet information and advise department heads of required updates.
Assist with the execution of the Out of State Lending Policy.
Assist with split commission and referral form process.
Assist with the organization of branch documents.
Assist with ServiceNow general field requests.
Attend ongoing basic Encompass training.

Individuals in this position shall not engage in loan origination during the course of his/her employment with WMC. Loan origination is defined as (1) taking a residential mortgage loan application; or (2) offering or negotiating terms of a residential mortgage loan for compensation or gain; (3) advertising or communicating to the public that you can perform loan origination services. Experience in the mortgage industry is preferred.
