Position Title: Treasury Management Officer
Supervision Received: Market President and Corporate Treasury Manager
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Job Summary: The Treasury Management Officer identifies and acquires new relationships with Bank customers and prospective Bank customers. Create sales opportunities including prospect prioritization, initial contact and pursuit strategy, proposal development, and overall management of new customer acquisition, including onboarding. Identifies additional product sales by developing partnerships with market leadership to assess customer needs and cross sell appropriate business products and services. Partners with the treasury management support team to ensure a smooth customer transition. Treasury Management Officer works closely with other sales officers to identify all sources of new deposits and acquire the full relationship to meet monthly/quarterly deposit goals while maintaining profitability. Solidify customer retention efforts by providing a superior level of customer service. This position will be based out of Henderson and cover the Henderson/Webster/Hopkins County markets.
Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Identify, analyze and sell treasury management products and services to current Bank customers and target prospective Bank customers.
Seek and develop internal partnerships to create opportunities to expand existing relationships and identify prospects.
Analyze bank statements and prepare proposals
Respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs)
Understand and install treasury management products
Negotiate pricing to optimize profitability of product and service solutions
Contribute to the Bank's deposit growth strategies and goals
Work closely with treasury management support specialist to trouble shoot treasury management product issues
Assist with annual Remote Deposit Capture audits
Accurately complete all treasury management paperwork— Treasury Management Approval Form, New Account Set Up form, ACH Agreement, Online Banking form, RDC Agreement, Positive Pay Agreements, customer profile form, etc.

- Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources

Economics and Accounting – Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and analysis and reporting of financial data
Computers and Electronics – Knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills
Computer experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
High comfort level in making presentations to both large and small groups
Must have strong analytical skills

Must be able to handle a large workload while meeting deadlines

Education, Experience and Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent sales experience required
Minimum 3-5 years sales experience, financial sales experience preferred
Treasury Management experience is preferred
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, communicate, reach and manipulate objects, tools or controls. There are minimum physical exertions with duties that involve moving materials weighting up to 10 pounds on a regular basis and up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 75% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, mouse, 10-key calculator, phone, and similar machines.
Indoor, environmentally controlled with usual office working conditions. The noise level in the work environment is typical of most office environments with telephones, personal interruptions, and background noises.
Some travel may be required to meet with clients who would require outdoor, uncontrolled environmental conditions including rain, sleet, ice, snow, extreme heat or cold temperatures.
