The Legacy Company is actively recruiting a customer service driven individual with an exceptional sense of urgency, dedication to processes and procedures, and excellent attention to detail to serve as a Leasing Consultant for our multi-million dollar apartment communities located in Tuscaloosa, AL.
The ideal candidate for this position would serve a vital role for maintaining the highest levels of customer-service by welcoming our guests, introducing them to our properties, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time position, requiring weekend work hours, and local travel. No overnight travel is anticipated.
An Associate in this position must:
Warmly greet our guests, make them feel welcomed, and conduct tours with a high degree of professionalism.
Warmly greet current residents and provide exceptional customer service.
help with all the administrative and clerical functions of the leasing office.
Collect or assist in the collection of rents.
Help community managers organize and work events on property for residents.
Be willing to jump into a task and get it done.
Have an exceptional organizational skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
Two years of Leasing Consultant experience in the Multi-Family Industry is required.
Working Knowledge of OneSite or another property management software is required.
Must have a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance.
