ARCA Recycling, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Account Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of the account management of appliance recycling efficiency programs including milestone delivery and deadlines, timely task delivery, client reporting, monitoring, and summarization of program progress. The Client Services Account Manager will manage assigned utility program accounts involving appliance recycling and assist in program related duties such as relationship management, communication, resolving escalated issues and promoting strong client relationships. This is not a sales position; it is a relationship and project management position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Able to articulate the contractual Statement of Work documents and coordinate who will be responsible for those deliverables. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Report and track key account metrics. Able to understand the data and reporting requirements of the clients and adhere to and set up according to defined specifications. Communicate clearly the progress of program numbers to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure accurate preparation of reports for clients and management regarding project status. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed, manage incident reporting to ensure the proper escalation occurs to the appropriate groups in a timely manner. Articulate IT changes needed to accommodate program-related activities which include reporting, invoicing, etc. Manage the open receivables with clients and address any concerns. Review aging report with clients. Compile and maintain reports for various departments and accounts as requested. Maintain customer contact database and program-related documents. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare client/program information and reports as needed. Assist both center management and clients with questions and issues so they are adequately resolved. Prepare utility client weekly/bi-weekly/monthly agendas. Assist in coordinating milestone and utility events. Assist in program start-up/shut down activities, which may include system testing and other specific program-related functions. Create and modify documents such as reports, memos, and letters using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office or other programs. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information. Exhibit exemplary management behavior, including good judgement and integrity Meet deadlines for account-related items. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associate or Bachelor degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience. At least two (2) years experience in an account or project management position. COMPUTER AND OFFICE SKILLS: Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, typewriters, calculators, copiers and facsimile machines. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration. SCREENING REQUIREMENTS: Successful completion of pre-employment screening to include: criminal background, employment verification, credit check, and drug screen.
