Req ID#: 14163BR Description Deluxe is hiring a contract strategy attorney to be part of our historic transformation. This individual will be responsible for leading the Contract Strategy team, which oversees the contract lifecycle management for the enterprise and supports the overall business strategy of Deluxe. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and sourcing organizations in drafting and/or reviewing a wide range of contracts and end-user agreements. Accountabilities: Negotiate, draft, review, and revise contracts with customers and strategic vendors and suppliers. Lead and manage the contract strategy process, including improving the existing framework and procedures for drafting, executing, storing, and maintaining customer and vendor contracts. Manage the Contract Strategy function, including providing advice and regular feedback to and aiding in the development of team members. Provide practical legal advice that aligns with overall business strategies, including ability to be nimble and navigate the varying risk appetites of the business.
