Description: We are in search of a smart, detail-oriented Creative Production Coordinator. We are a growing home textiles company with a fast-paced photo and design department to match. We have recently merged three successful, established brands in the industry. You will be responsible for helping to create a smooth and intuitive production process that facilitates the growth of our collective visual brand. Your duties will include: Work directly with the Art Director of Photography and Packaging Design Manager to coordinate current and future image needs. Work with sales, ecommerce and product development teams to track upcoming projects. Coordinate with purchasing teams, photo studio, and warehouse teams to track and receive product samples. Receive and input photo requests into production tracking software, following up to collect relevant information from all parties involved. Collect and prioritize production needs based on specific department workflows and timelines. Maintain a fluid and efficient production calendar by batching similar product and brands and helping to anticipate need for freelance staff. Assist Art Director periodically with invoicing and budget balancing. Manage flow and storage of digital assets between Photo and Design departments and off-site retouching team. Ensure detailed execution of image-naming conventions. Assist stakeholders in cropping, resizing, and sharing images. Maintain asset organization and distribution among internal servers. Coordinate sample outbound process with studio staff once imaging is complete. . Requirements: Required: Must have 2+ years’ experience in the photo production industry. Must have intermediate knowledge of Photoshop as it pertains to image file types and processing. Must have intuitive sense of the production process and how that pertains to manufacturing and retail workflows. Must communicate effectively and efficiently and maintain a positive attitude to manage relationships across departments. Must take initiative to solve problems on a daily basis and global process level. Must have a sense of design and style as it pertains to photography and home design. Experience with Adobe CS, Microsoft 365, Trello, Smartsheets.
