The Leasing Professional is responsible for executing the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals. The Leasing Professional will perform all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfactions through the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.
Greeting, qualifying, touring and closing prospects.
Proactively manage outreach and lead generation, converting leads into leases. This includes interacting with neighborhood groups and community organizations.
Provide a professional, positive and engaging experience for prospects while touring the apartment homes and community.
Assist in the preparation of marketing material to include newsletters, market surveys and resident activities.
Uses property management software to track availability, record traffic and leasing activities, management resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information about existing and future residents.
Walk tour route and show units to ensure they are up to Company’s standards, perform spiff cleaning as necessary.
Processing applications, leases and move-in paperwork.
Improve resident retention and assist with securing renewals from existing residents.
Walk tour route and show apartment homes ensuring they are up to Company’s standards, perform sparkle cleaning as necessary.
Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or sales and customer service.
Must have a valid Driver’s License (copy of valid license will be required for personnel file).
Yardi or other property management software experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft office, social media, and other marketing and advertising platforms
Team player, Self-motivated, responsible, accountable and mature, with a desire to excel and grow
Superior customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
