Job Description

The Senior Sales Enablement Analyst role is responsible for developing, managing and supporting sales enablement tools critical to the success of the Media Sales Organization. The role will include identifying, receiving, analyzing, and prioritizing sales issues and requests as it relates to Sales tools. You will manage the intake of request from sales users, develop operational reporting/dashboards and proactively seek sales process improvements. You will be responsible for ensuring that any issues are resolved to completion, data quality is maintained, and best practices are communicated to the end users. The ideal candidate must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, big picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You will operate with a high level of autonomy on projects while maintaining excellent communications on status and progress to department and division leadership Responsibilities: Work closely with Senior Management by developing and supporting operational initiatives. Support the standardization and implementation of channel processes, policies, and procedures. Act as liaison between Sales, Ad Operations, IT and other partners. Improve user experience and utilization by engaging the teams that we support to uncover training opportunities or areas of improvement with our systems. Maintain Long Term Roadmap for system enhancements and serve as project lead to ensure projects are implemented successfully. Manage day to day operations and serve as System Admin within Salesforce Responsible for managing sales request to support sales enablement tools Maintain continuous understanding of Sales needs, business processes, trends, and best practices Monitor and analyze data to provide actionable recommendations Perform weekly and monthly audits of key data points to ensure data integrity. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Serve as Salesforce Subject Matter Expert by understanding all aspects of configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to Salesforce release upgrades. Provide training on systems and processes supported by sales systems. Identify needs, gaps and redundancies; recommend and drive ways to utilize sales tools to improve processes, productivity and user engagement Work with cross functional program teams to ensure day to day themes are communicated to help improve the processes. Work with Sales Communications and Training to deliver ongoing, accurate and timely communications to end users Develop and maintain reporting to support sales goals and drive revenue performance. Performs system testing to ensure Sales enablement tools and new enhancements are performing properly


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of experience in working with Sales in an operational or project management role required 5+ year working directly with a CRM system in a sales related environment required certification preferred Proven analytical skills sets; translating data into actions Proven ability to build strong trusted working relationships with internal and external business partners and executive level management; influencing without authority Experience working and collaborating on projects across departments, business units and with varying levels of management Proven experience gathering and translating feedback into actionable items to address the needs of the sales organization across departments or business units Excellent communication and presentation skills; self-starter #LI-218 About Cox Automotive Cox Automotive Inc. makes buying, selling and owning cars easier for everyone, while also enabling mobility services.
