Responsible for successful implementation of process improvement through program and process assessment and development (clinical adverse event prevention); best-practice standards implementation; and resource/educational support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: – Other duties may be assigned:
Implement post sales education regarding program analysis; development; implementation; and support related to the prevention of patient falls and increasing HCAHPS scores.
Clinically assess health care organizations related to the effectiveness of current processes and protocols regarding the prevention of patient falls and addressing patient dissatisfaction.
Collaboratively work with individual health care organizations to ensure successful implementation of program and process implementation resulting in customer satisfaction and increased patient satisfaction.
Lead clinical configuration workshops to guide clinicians in their choice of clinical configurations of the system for enterprise and unit based settings.
Develop and present individual health care organization assessment findings including gap analysis reports.
Develop and implement account specific clinical programs and protocols to enhance patient outcomes and decrease adverse events.
Provide caregiver education on specific facility or unit configurations and employ super user/train-the-trainer methodology.
Deliver caregiver education on how to interpret system reports that will lead to positive change and improved patient outcomes.
Responsibility for managing the backlog of clinical consulting days for assigned customers and working to convert backlog to delivered days.
Present, develop, and manage clinical change management programs leading to successful technology adoption.
Collect data, analyze, and present to customers to demonstrate program and consulting success. Prioritization of projects based on customer needs and the needs of the business.
RN, BSN, or other healthcare degree required with 3+ years spent in the hospital clinical environment working with all levels of hospital staff and leadership.
Willingness to travel to customer locations 80%.
Ability to design and successfully implement clinical change management and technology adoption programs.
Ability to develop program education to implement best-practice and evidenced-based standards for high-level quality patient outcomes.
Excellent presentation and report development skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Must be able to work in team environment or independently making clinical consulting decisions without guidance.
Strong conflict resolution skills, including the abilities to negotiate and influence others
Ability to collaborate with Project Managers, Implementation Engineers and other internal stakeholders to ensure a quality customer experience
Exceptional communication skills to successfully overcome resistance to change and drive clinical change management programs resulting in successful adoption of technology.
Good problem solving and analytical skills to understand key customer clinical issues and define how IT solutions will solve challenges facing our customers today
Experience/knowledge of quality and performance improvement processes; health care quality initiatives; and programs implementation.
Experience with standards development based on healthcare industry trends.
Must be results driven with a focus on achieving business goals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; analytical problem-solving skills; confident and display leadership abilities.
