Webroot Part-Time Brand Advocate Market Manager Who You Are: As a part-time Brand Advocate Market Manager for Webroot, a company that makes internet security software, you will drive sales of our client's products by educating and building relationships with store associates engagements and trainings. You will build brand awareness and presence in your market, collect and report on in-store activities and assist with sales programs and collect competitive information within your market to the brand. As a Brand Advocate Market Manager you will be responsible for engaging customers at major retail locations and educating them on the features of Webroot products and services. The ideal candidate will drive sales by teaching others the benefits of the products and services that are offered by our client’s products. Since 1995, Creative Channel has achieved phenomenal growth as both an industry innovator and market leader in creating purchase passion: a powerful, potentially life- long emotional connection, created between a shopper and a brand What You Will Do: Train, develop and educate retail sales specialists on the features and benefits of client's products Increase sales, market share, overall awareness and advocacy for our client and all of their products Conduct formal and informal trainings. This could be in group settings or individually Build strong partnerships which will be pivotal in this supporting role Effectively merchandise retail locations with visual displays and in-store promotional material. Must be able to implement and troubleshoot visual merchandising Gather, summarize and report on field and channel feedback and insights on a regular basis, aiding in the growth and support of the brand Collect and report visit data, issues with displays and products, and competitive market data and insights and photos Complete reports thoroughly and on time using online platform (access to internet and computer required) Coordinate and execute special awareness and sales events at retail locations Participate in ongoing trainings provided by CCS to become a product expert and actively engage with teammates and managers through mobile communication platforms Demonstrate the ability to meet tight deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining the highest levels of customer service and detail Scope Training Ability: One of the key activities will be for employee to train Retail Sales Associates (RSA’s) at various retailers and will require excellent training and presentation skills Sales Ability: Any employee hired will need to be excellent with demonstration, conversion and competitive sales Candidate should be tech-savvy with the ability to communicate technology in a meaningful and personal way Store visits will be completed Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 10am and 8pm (non-peak store hours) for a total of 20-25 hours per week Additional availability, including Sundays may be required based on retailer needs Employee will be responsible for visiting each store location within their territory a minimum of 2 times per month. Travel between locations will be required, with some autonomy around scheduling of visits. ASD (Assisted Sales Days) will be required during key drive times such as Back to School and Q4/Holiday. Weekend availability for 4-hour shifts will be necessary during these times. What You Will Need: High school diploma or GED, some college education preferred Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience- background in consumer electronics, technology, and/or cell phones and tablets is a plus! Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Need to be available to work a flexible schedule Reliable transportation to travel to multiple stores Access to your own smartphone Ability to lift 50lbs with the capability to move, install, and/or setup product as needed in stores or for special events and trainings Self-driven with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and prioritize workload Excellent time management and organizational skills Interested candidates should apply online or send their resume to dkufahl@creativechannel.com Closing Creative Channel Services is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
