Our recruitment team is responsible for building Finastra’s employer brand enabling us to attract the best talent in the market place. Reporting to the Employer Brand Lead, the social media/ digital recruitment marketing associate will help bring Finastra’s employer brand to life across multiple social media channels. Responsibilities & Deliverables: This person will be focussed on supporting the Employer Brand lead in executing the social media strategy and optimising the overall social media presence of Finastra’s employer brand. Responsible for posting engaging digital content on Finastra’s social media platforms. Creating and editing highly engaging video content. Able to attend both company and recruiting events, take creative, engaging pictures and to craft into compelling stories. Able to blog and encourage others to blog. Able to use data and tools to analyse the impact and engagement of shared content. Able to think of new, innovative ways to engage audiences through social media channels. Required Skills and Experience: A great communicator. Highly skilled in Twitter/ Facebook / Instagram. Proficient in all areas of Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of LinkedIn and Glassdoor a distinct plus.
