About the Role: We are looking for an experienced sales and business development professional to join our growing team to focus on growing and establishing key national accounts. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for owning sales to expanding and new members, across our solution set. In this role, you'll be a key face of Industrious to the commercial real estate community, as we enter into new markets and solutions. Responsibilities: Evangelize Industrious to various stakeholders that influence real estate and workplace decision making – mainly 3rd party brokers, real estate/workplace managers, and executives from Operations, Finance, and HR Drive revenue growth within enterprise segments, helping our member companies expand to new locations and product types Manage the full sales cycle – prospecting and qualification, through tour and contract negotiation Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and other channel/referral partners Collaborate with our design, construction, hospitality, account management, and local operations teams to deliver an extraordinary member experience pre and post sale Requirements: 5+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial real estate Experience in a closing role - new business or account growth Proven track record of exceeding performance expectations Ability to thrive and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with creative, technical, and analytical counterparts Passion, enthusiasm, energy, humor, and the ability to convey this in person, as well as through phone and email communications Based or willing to relocate to NYC Perks: In addition to our incredible team, there are lots of other fun reasons to work with us.
