About Our Intern Program:
We have a number of positions available in our Brooklyn, NY office for a paid summer internship (compensation and credits earned). As an intern with SportsRecruits, you will have the opportunity to work in a start-up environment and tackle real-world business challenges. Our internship program is designed to allow you the freedom to explore each department within our company, and get real, hand on experience with each member of our team. We are looking for innovative and proactive interns who are ready to hit the ground running. Taking on a large amount of responsibility, you will be an integral part of our operations for the duration of the internship.

Customer Success & Event Operations - Paid Internship
Work directly with our Head of Event Operations and Customer Success team to ensure our customers have a memorable and seamless experience with SportsRecruits. Troubleshoot customer issues using premium technology solutions to manage live chat, ticketing, and inbound telephone inquiries. Learn the ins and outs of our product, develop problem-solving skills, and hone your inbound sales skills to improve the overall SportsRecruits brand. Also responsible for managing film production and operational efforts during sports tournaments and showcases throughout the fall event season.
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
Enthusiasm for sports and the recruiting process.
Customer Service or Sales experience.
Solid analytical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to quickly identify the source of and solution to a problem.
Ability to understand our user's needs and communicate our value proposition.
