Job Description

Do you excel at customer account administration and possess the communications skills required to help maintain strong customer relationships? MBX is looking for an Account Coordinator to support an assigned Account Manager and customer base to join our successful sales team. The ideal candidate has experience performing a variety of sales administration and operational responsibilities that deliver a quality customer experience. Working with an established account base, you will be responsible for assisting account and sales management with daily administrative responsibilities that are executed at a level of competency to help grow customer relationships. You’ll also need to possess exceptional organizational and communication skills to follow up with internal teams for timely completion of customer requirements. Success in this role is critical to maintaining the Account Management team’s 97% customer retention rate. What you’ll do MBX Account Coordinators are the right arm of their Account Manager, helping to fulfill hardware responsibilities for some of the world’s largest and most successful technology developers, from streaming media to cybersecurity to video surveillance to flight simulation and more.
