Job Title: Front Desk Customer Service Representative Summary: Promotes quality customer service and processes sales and registration transactions. Acts as the first point of contact for potential and current Goldfish customers, and is responsible for presenting a positive image for the company. Duties and Responsibilities: Handling inbound & outbound customer service calls/sales calls in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions. Takes messages and screens and directs phone calls in a professional manner. Take prospective members on tours. Explaining products, services and pricing Answering questions about our swim school’s features and benefits Process new and re-enrolling member registrations Inventory merchandise & supplies as requested Regularly participating in opportunities to increase knowledge Processes student registrations using effective sales/customer service techniques. Resolves customer concerns/complaints using a professional approach. Assists members with purchases of merchandise and vending. Greets parents and students as they report to the front desk. Maintains cleanliness of the front desk area, Snack Shack area, changing areas, restrooms and observation area. Checks voicemail and email correspondence and responds in a timely manner. Fulfills other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Employer. Education/Experience: High School Student with Lifeguard, CRP/AED and First Aid Certifications. Certifications: Must maintain current Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications. If you are not Lifeguard certified, we offer Lifeguard classes!
