Job Description

Director of Culinary Operations will be responsible for the opening and everything culinary, for a new resort, amphitheater, banquets, steakhouse and foodservice operations, opening this Fall. The ideal Director of Culinary will have pre-opening resort, hotel or restaurant experience, be very creative, strong training and systems, hands on leader, passionate, personality, Steakhouse experience and previous Michelin star or James Beard award experience.
