Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative Preferred Hiring Terms: Full Time Employee Pay Rate: Pay based on responsibilities, experience and skill Fast-growing, recruitment advertising agency has immediate need for Advertising Customer Service Representative to provide sales support, attention-to-detail, and customer service in a high-volume, deadline sensitive environment. Incumbent will be responsible for developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts in the higher education market. The ideal candidate will be internet savvy, proactive, detail-oriented and experienced with Mac OS X platform. Tasks and Responsibilities: Inform customers of available services on a daily basis Accurately asses clients needs to recommend suitable services Respond to all client inquiries in a professional and efficient manner Troubleshoot and resolve clients complaints and issues Requirements: BA/BS or 2 years' closely related customer service experience preferred Ability to build strong client relationships and retain business through outstanding customer service Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities Working experience with databases preferred Excellent communications skills (telephone and email), good work ethic and the ability to multi-task.
