Hawksearch HQ | Des Plaines, IL We are looking to hire both part-time and full-time Business Development Representatives. Responsibilities: As a Business Development Representative you will succeed by setting qualified meetings for our Account Executives to close Be trained within the first 2 weeks on Hawksearch's solutions and best practices Prospect and send strategic emails to set up 10+ meetings per week for Account Executives to conduct Track all activity in the Salesforce CRM Qualifications: Be self-motivated. We need professionals who can think for themselves and take action. You will be fully supported by a dynamite team but we need people on the attack. Be a hunter.We have a large database in our Salesforce CRM but we need people who are hungry for more and will find new opportunities through targeted email campaigns. Identify. Be able to qualify a prospect and match them to an appropriate solution. Have Persistence. If at first you don’t get a meeting… try again. Find new angles and new contacts to lock in a meeting. Be confident.No one wants to buy from someone who doesn't believe in what they are selling. Have persuasion.You will never be able to sell the solution if you can't first sell the meeting. Companies need what we offer, get them to see that. Coachability. You will have a lot of help and direction from both managers and Account Executives, those who listen will succeed!
