Job Description

Ajilon is seeking a Business Development Manager for a client in the Southwest Wisconsin area. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in international freight forwarding sales. Responsibilities: Manage client and customer accounts Sell all modes; import, export, air and ocean In charge of the Wisconsin territory, identifying and generating leads/new business opportunities Grow existing accounts to generate maximum revenue, identifying needs Monitor client satisfaction/concerns Develops and implements sales action plan and strategies to meet sales goals Qualifications: 5+ years of international freight forwarding sales experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience with different software/CRM Ability to travel (50%) Strong communication skills both written and verbal Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access & Outlook) Position type: Direct Hire Hours: 8:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday Pay: negotiable based on experience To learn more about this position, apply today!
