Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing effective first level customer service for all customers by using knowledge of company products and services. CRS’s interact with customers to provide information in response to questions, concerns and complaints.
Handle inbound customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions within Salesforce.
Open Service Calls – Contact customers once service ticket hits 2 days old. Follow up as appropriate.
Weekly Reporting – Generate reports related to Completed Calls, Open Task, Customer Challenges.
Buyout Follow Up – Ensure client receives buyout and understands the information. Answer questions as needed.
Partnership Review Follow-Up – Ensure sales professionals are meeting with all customers twice a year. Create task for sales professionals when needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to support and prioritize workload effective with demonstrated organizational skills.
Ability to provide excellent internal and external customer care.
Courteous and professional telephone manner along with the ability to deal effectively with customers/clients in a fast-paced environment.
Must be computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
