Strategic Sales Executive – Provider Non-Hospital (Western US) Overview of Position The Strategic Sales Executive (Non-Hospital Providers) is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and generating new revenue within assigned non-hospital accounts. This role is an individual contributor position that functions as a primary point of contact for assigned key accounts with special focus on non-hospital ancillary providers such as Lab, DME, and physician organizations. This role also coordinates with product specialists and various cross-vertical teams to execute on the sales strategy. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? Represent Change Healthcare’s portfolio of Revenue Cycle Management solutions to executive decision-makers, technical buyers, and users’ groups within non-Hospital, non-Acute care segments. Build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities that is predictable and reliable. Have demonstrable track-record of performance building pipeline, managing opportunity, and delivering sales performance. Develop portfolio expertise to understand client requirements, recommend the right Change Healthcare solution to differentiate our solution to achieve preference. Gather key market intelligence, competitive profiling\capabilities, and client needs analysis Coordinate with Product and corporate Market Strategy groups to ensure the competitive market position What are the requirements needed for this position? Provider, non-Acute, non-Hospital market expertise Demonstrable track record of success in developing new territories. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 10 years healthcare technology sales experience, specific experience in revenue cycle, financial payment solutions, chargemaster, revenue integrity experience is preferred selling software and services Demonstrated sales track record, new sales track record & proven quota performance. Experience prospecting new business opportunities, new market development, and upselling existing clients Experience selling into the hospital and or non-hospital market such as: Physician Groups, Labs, Pharmacies, Outpatient Rehab, Telehealth Provider, DME Companies, Dialysis, Radiology Imaging Groups, Surgery Centers, LTC Facilities and Home Health Experience selling at C-Suite level, VP or Director What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? Working knowledge of healthcare information systems New business sales acumen (hunter vs. farmer) Proficient at executing when experiencing multiple competing priorities Strong interpersonal and communication skills The ability to build relationships across the organization and collaborate as necessary to accomplish goals Maintain SME level industry and product knowledge General knowledge of Microsoft Office Willingness to engage in both tactical hands-on work and strategic work as needed to manage and complete priorities How much should I expect to travel?
