The Sr. Client Service Specialist will be responsible for the quality of service provided to our clients and will ensure that we have strong training and systems in place to deliver the highest standards of client care. It is important that everyone, on the phone or in person, is greeted with warmth, and feels cared about and welcomed. The Sr. Client Service Specialist ensures the implementation of our client experience. This is a full-time position that offers substantial benefits, including health insurance, a career track, tuition reimbursement for approved college classes/degrees. What are we looking for? Someone who has: 3+ years in a brokerage firm. Strong leadership experience - management experience a plus. Warm, caring style with strong communication skills. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Attention to detail. Strong collaboration and teamwork. Strong dedication and focus. Financial experience required. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word. Some familiarity with Microsoft Excel. What are the Sr. Client Service Specialist Responsibilities? Meet client service needs via telephone, in person & email. Oversee the operations and quality of the service provided to clients. Possible management responsibility for qualified candidates. Ensure excellent systems are in place and training on systems to carry out high standards of client care. Operations team expert on complex account administration, i.e., trusts, business entities. Continually seek technology Improvements. Troubleshoot Issues and complex situations. Manage vendor relationships specific to operations and client service. As client requests, money transfers. Client account forms to support money movement and account administration. Client account monitoring. Analysis: required distributions, and retirement plan contributions. Cross-functional team leadership on the status of RMD’s, retirement plan contributions, etc. Client meeting preparation and follow-up as needed. Benefits of working at Laurel Wealth Planning!
