Description: Position overview We are looking for an Inbound Digital Marketing Manager to manage and expand our capabilities in strategic digital accounts. Along the way, you’ll provide consultative solutions and tactical execution to clients and team members to help advance technology and business services clients through identifying and championing opportunities to obtain and nurture leads through the sales funnel. As part of our Client Development team, you will develop and lead cohesive strategies across the customer journey, integrating paid campaigns, social marketing, content marketing, search marketing, website optimization and marketing automation. Although you might wear multiple hats on any given day, we’ve compiled the most important responsibilities: Assume strategic, analytic and tactical leadership on a growing portfolio of accounts, using expertise and experience to push thinking of client projects and interpret client objectives and data into strategic digital plans Ensure proper metrics are set up, data is collected succinctly, reports are generated and presented and results are converted into insights—with a clear action plan and path for improvement on established KPIs and ROI goals Execute all activities related to implementing market strategy and achieving marketing targets across company website / SEO, marketing automation, SEM / PPC, social media, display / retargeting and other initiatives Request and organize strategic and rich creative collateral that attracts qualified audiences and converts leads by utilizing internal Hubspot insights, working with cross-functional team members from design to copy; implement and create architecture for Hubspot integration across multiple client journeys Organize and ensure completion of digital campaigns by communicating effectively with internal team, driving internal motivation into impressive client deliverables, utilizing technology and software for efficient outcomes Maintain a deep understanding of marketing automation tools (Hubspot specifically) to take advantage of full client potential by growing new leads, converting site traffic through landing pages, and developing lead generation content. Requirements: What you need to have We want you to be successful at Sparxoo, starting from the moment you walk through our doors. And while we’ll be your #1 cheerleader and help you along the way, in order to make a substantial impact you’ll need to have the following: 5+ years of relevant experience in the digital landscape, including building digital marketing campaigns, analytics, technology consulting and/or marketing leadership 4+ years of digital, and/or marketing inbound experience with a proven track record of increasing ROI Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology, Journalism, Statistics or similar area of study Demonstrated experience with SEO, PPC, other paid media, media buying and planning, marketing performance analysis Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and implement digital marketing initiatives that drive a brand’s engagement and results with its customers, prospects and employees Strategic thought leadership with experience in evaluating consumer insights data, platform performance, and key social media trends to inform the development of strategies and plans Ability to manage across multiple businesses/clients, in addition to internal teams, while ensuring that each client feels valued and prioritized Must be energetic, outgoing, extremely well organized, inspired, professional, decisive, confident, and focused Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities Excellent written, oral and presentation abilities - must be able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user-friendly language Proficient experience with Google Analytics and other major third-party analytics platforms Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams What will set you apart Want to put a cherry on top of your already exceptional candidate profile?
